About the Role:
Join Cleanwork Solutions LLC as a Commercial Cleaning Staff member in New York, NY, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments for our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Work Location: Multiple Locations (specific site assignments provided upon hire)
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Shift: Evening shifts (specific hours vary by location and assignment)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to meet client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and visitors.
- Adhere to all client-specific protocols, confidentiality requirements, and site access procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Background check and references required.
